- Duties
- Live-in nanny required to care for G2 and G 6 months.
Responsibilities include:
Driving toddler to and from Kindy/daycare
Occasionally running errands in town including picking up groceries
Making sure toddler has things packed for kindy including backpack, clothes, lunch
Feeding toddler (breakfast) and when appropriate lunch
Making lunchbox for toddler
Nappy changes
Looking after 6 month old including changing nappies, feeding some solids (and occasionally making boiled baby food like carrots/peas/etc)
Making sure the 6 month old is dressed appropriately
Reading/singing/playing with 6 month old and taking on walks/outdoors
Occasionally cleaning around the house but always cleaning up after kids (putting away food, dishes, and cleaning up toys)
Occasionally cooking for parents (light breakfast/etc) and helping with light cleaning if 6 month old is napping (laundry, dishwasher, tidying up, organizing)
Making sure kids are safe at all times - never letting them out of sight and making sure they are never left alone in an unsafe space
Extra plus is taking care of the dogs - making sure they don’t bark during nap times (when appropriate) and rinsing their feet before they come into the house
Full licence required.
This role may be part of our home-based programme.
